Onsite-support
Whether it’s a virtual or live event, we function as the interface between project managers, the technology and the interpreting team allowing you to focus on the things that are important to you. We organise the briefing and the technical checks, monitor the performance and deal with the logistical coordination of the interpreters.
Project coordination
Our work begins in the run-up with the organisation of the interpreting and technical teams, including any necessary travel arrangements and working out the personnel transfer schedules. All the time, we ensure that we rigorously and transparently indicate the planning aspects and costs in line with your stipulations. You are free to concentrate on the essentials, and we’ll keep you up to date with any new developments.
Conference technology
Depending on your chosen setup and the number of attendees and event location, we provide the right media and conference interpreting equipment or mobile wireless tourguide systems. We’ll gladly advise you in selecting the optimum technology and equipment for your needs.
Remote simultaneous interpreting platform (RSI)
A good alternative to face-to-face events is the use of interpreting platforms for virtual and hybrid events. These can also be readily integrated into existing systems such as WEBEX and Zoom. The interpreting team operates simultaneously just like with onsite events, except it works from a remote office base. This saves costs and natural resources, too.
