Allround Service operates a website using general information. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. The following information will provide you with a simple overview of what happens to your personal data.

The person responsible within the definition of the data protection laws, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in particular, is:

As a rule, we do not pass on personal and/or commercial data (such as email addresses, names, addresses etc.) to third parties, unless this is essential in connection with the fulfilment of our contractual duties.

If you have given us your consent, you may withdraw it at any time with future effect.

You may, at any time, lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the competent supervisory authority of the German state in which you have your place of residence or with the authority with responsibility for us.

Collection of general information when visiting our website

Type and purpose of data processing:

When you simply access our website, meaning when you do not register with us or otherwise provide us with information, general information will be collected. This information (server log files) contains data such as the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your internet service provider, your IP address and other similar information.

This information is processed for the following purposes in particular:

  • to ensure the flawless establishment of a connection to the website,
  • to ensure our website can be used without any interruptions,
  • for the analysis of system security and stability and
  • other administrative purposes.

We will not use your data to make any inferences about you personally. We may statistically analyse this type of information in order to optimise our web presence and the technology underlying it.

Legal basis:

Data processing is performed in accordance with Art. 6(1) f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in the improvement of the stability and functionality of our website.

Recipients:

The data may be received by technical service providers operating as “processors” in the operation and maintenance of our website.

Period of storage:

The data will be erased once it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of data required for the delivery of the website, this will generally be at the end of the session in question.

Stipulated or necessary provision of data:

There is no statutory or contractual obligation to provide the aforementioned personal data. However, if we do not have your IP address we cannot guarantee the operation and functionality of our website. Certain functions, moreover, may not be available or will be restricted. This does not establish any right of complaint.

Cookies

Type and purpose of data processing:

In common with many other websites, we too use “cookies”. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone etc.) when you visit our website.

They provide us with certain data, such as your IP address, and the browser and operating system you are using.

Cookies cannot be used to launch programs or transmit viruses to a computer. With the information contained in the cookies, we can make it easier for you to navigate our website and to ensure our web pages are displayed correctly.

In no event will we transfer the data we collect to third parties, or link the data to personal data without your consent.

In principle, you can, of course, view our website without cookies. Internet browsers are configured as standard to accept cookies. You can generally block the use of cookies at any time by changing the settings of your browser. Please use your internet browser’s help function to find out how to change these settings. Please note that certain functions of our website may no longer be available, if you have blocked the use of cookies.

Duration of storage, and types of cookies used:

period of storage: 24 hours

Insofar as these cookies could (also) containpersonal data, we will inform you of this in the following sections.

You can configure your browser settings to delete all or some of the stored cookies. You will also receive information and instructions on how to delete these cookies or block their storage from the outside. Depending on your browser, you will find the necessary information under the following links:

Contact form

Type and purpose of data processing:

The data provided by you will be stored for the purpose of communicating with you personally. This requires you to provide a valid email address and your name. This will be used to classify your inquiry, and to subsequently respond to it. The provision of additional data is optional.

Legal basis:

The processing of data entered in the contact form is performed on the basis of a legitimate interest (Art. 6(1) (f) of the GDPR).

In providing you with the contact form, we are seeking to provide you with an easy method of making contact. The data entered on the form will be stored for the purposes of processing your inquiry and for any possible follow-up inquiries.

If you make contact with us to ask us for a quotation, the data entered will be processed for the purpose of taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1) (b) GDPR).

Recipients:

The data may possibly be received by “processors”.

Period of storage:

Data will be deleted no later than 6 months after the inquiry is processed.

If a contractual relationship is established, we will be subject to the statutory document retention periods of the German Commercial Code; we will delete your data on the expiry of these time limits.

Stipulated or necessary provision of data:

The provision of your personal data is done voluntarily. However, we can only process your inquiry if you provide us with your name, email address and the reason for your inquiry.

Use of Google Analytics

Type and purpose of data processing:

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis tool provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; (“Google”) Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to enable it to analyse how you use the website. The information generated by the cookie regarding your use of this website is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the United States. If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, your IP address will firstly be truncated by Google from within a member state of the European Union or from within any other country which is party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is a full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the United States and truncated there. On behalf of this website operator, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for the website operator and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google will not associate your IP address revealed via your browser, with any other data held by Google.

The data processing is performed for the purposes of the evaluation of the use of the website and in the compilation of reports concerning website activities. Other connected services will then be provided on the basis of the use of the website and the online activity.

Legal basis:

The processing of the data is performed on the basis of the consent of the users (Art. 6(1) (a) GDPR.

Recipients:

The recipient of the data is Google as the processor. We have concluded an appropriate data processing agreement with Google for this purpose.

Period of storage:

The data will be deleted once it is no longer required for our recording purposes.

Transfer to third countries:

Google processes your data in the USA and has submitted to the EU_US Privacy Shield https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

Stipulated or necessary provision of data:

The provision of your personal data is done so voluntarily, solely on the basis of your consent. If you deny access to it, this may result in restrictions to the use of functions on this website.

Withdrawal of consent:

You can block the installation of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly; however we point out that by doing so you may be prevented from using the full range of this website’s functions. You can also prevent Google collecting and using the data (including your IP address) generated by the cookie by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available through the following link: Browser add-on for the deactivation of Google Analytics.

You can additionally, or as an alternative to the browser add-on, block tracking by Google Analytics on our website by clicking on this link. This will install an opt-out cookie onto your device. This will prevent the collection of data by Google Analytics for this website and for this browser for the time this cookie remains installed on your browser.

Profiling:

Google Analytics’ tracking tool allows the website visitor’s activities to be evaluated and their interests analysed. We create a pseudonymous user profile for this purpose.

Use of script libraries (Google Fonts)

Type and purpose of data processing:

In order that our content is displayed accurately and in a graphically appealing way across all browsers, this website uses Google Web Fonts from Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; (“Google”)) to display fonts.

The privacy policy of Google as the library provider, is available here:https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

Legal basis:

The legal basis for the integration of Google Web Fonts and the associated transfer of data to Google is your consent (Art. 6(1) (a) GDPR).

Recipient:

The use of script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. It is theoretically possible that the operator, Google in this case, will collect data in this context, but it is likewise currently unclear if and for what purposes this may occur.

Period of storage:

We do not collect any personal data through the integration of Google Web Fonts.

More information about Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

Transfer to third countries:

Google processes your data in the USA and has submitted to the EU_US Privacy Shield https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

Stipulated or necessary provision of data:

There is no statutory or contractual obligation to provide personal data. However, it may be the case that the contents cannot be properly displayed using standard fonts.

Withdrawal of consent:

The programming language JavaScript is regularly used to display contents. You can object to the data processing either by disabling the execution of JavaScript in your browser, or by installing a JavaScript blocker. Please note that this may result in restrictions to the use of functions on this website.

Use of Google Maps

Type and purpose of data processing:

We use Google Maps on this website. Google Maps is provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). This enables us to directly display interactive maps within the website, and to allow you to easily use the map function.

You will find detailed information on the data processing performed by Google in Google’s privacy policies. From there you can also change your personal data privacy settings in the Google Safety Center.

Detailed instructions on managing your information in connection with Google products can be found here.

Legal basis:

The legal basis for the integration of Google Maps and the associated transfer of data to Google is your consent (Art. 6(1) (a) GDPR).

Recipient:

When you visit the website, Google receives the information that you have retrieved the relevant sub-pages of our website. This takes place regardless of whether Google provides a user account into which you are logged or if no user account exists. If you are logged into Google, this data will be directly correlated with your user account.
If you do not wish for Google to make this correlation with your profile, you need to log out from Google before clicking on the button. Google stores your data as a usage profile, and uses the data for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or for designing its website in accordance with the requirements. This kind of analysis is particularly performed (and not just for logged-in users) for the purpose of delivering needs-based advertising, and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have a right to object to the formation of these user profiles. You have to contact Google in order to exercise this right.

Period of storage:

We do not collect any personal data through the integration of Google Maps.

Transfer to third countries:

Google processes your data in the USA and has submitted to the EU_US Privacy Shield https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

Withdrawal of consent:

If you do not want Google to use our website to collect, process or use data concerning you, you can disable JavaScript in your browser settings. However, in this case you may only be able to use our website to a limited extent or not at all.

Stipulated or necessary provision of data:

The provision of your personal data is done so voluntarily, solely on the basis of your consent. If you deny access to it, this may result in restrictions to the use of functions on this website.

Social plug-ins

Type and purpose of data processing:

Our website uses social plug-ins from the providers listed below. You can recognise these plug-ins from their identifying logos.

In certain circumstances, information, possibly including personal data, may be sent to via these plug-ins, and possibly used by the service provider. We ourselves do not collect personal data using social plug-ins or information about how they are used.

We have no control on the data recorded by an activated plug-in, nor on how the provider uses such data. Currently it must be assumed that a direct connection is made to the provider’s services, and that, at the very least, the IP address and information concerning the device are recorded and used. The possibility also exists that the service providers will attempt to place cookies on the computer used. For information on the actual data recorded, and how the data is used, please read the privacy policy of the relevant service provider. If you are simultaneously logged onto Facebook, Facebook can identify you are the user of a particular online site.

The social media buttons of the following companies are integrated into our website:

LinkedIn

Our website uses functions provided by the LinkedIn network. The provider is LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Every time you visit one of our online pages containing functions provided by LinkedIn, a connection will be made with servers operated by LinkedIn. LinkedIn will be informed that you have visited our website and what IP address was used for this purpose. If you click on LinkedIn’s Recommend button and you are logged into your account, LinkedIn is able to link your visit to our website with your user account. Please note that, as the provider of these online pages, we have no knowledge of the contents of the transferred data nor how these are used by LinkedIn.

You can find additional information about this in LinkedIn’s privacy policy at: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Google AdWords

Type and purpose of data processing:

Our website uses Google’s conversion tracking tool. The Google AdWords service is provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. If you access our website via ads displayed by Google, a cookie will be placed on your computer by Google AdWords. The conversion tracking cookie is placed when a user clicks on an ad displayed by Google.

If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google will be able to know that the user has clicked on the ad, and was redirected to this page. Every customer of Google AdWords is given a different cookie. It is therefore not possible to trace cookies via the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected with the aid of the conversion cookie is used to prepare conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have selected conversion tracking. Customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ads, and who were redirected to a page bearing a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not contain any information that could identify the user personally.

Legal basis:

The legal basis for the integration of Google AdWords and the associated transfer of data to Google is your consent (Art. 6(1) (a) GDPR).

Recipient:

Every time you visit our website, personal data belonging to you, including your IP address, will be relayed to Google in the USA. Google stores this personal data. In certain circumstances Google will transfer personal data collected by technical processes, to third parties.

Google does not give our company any information that could be used to identify the data subject.

Period of storage:

These cookies become invalid after 30 days and are not used to personally identify individuals.

Transfer to third countries:

Google processes your data in the USA and has submitted to the EU_US Privacy Shield https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

Withdrawal of consent:

If you do not want to participate in tracking, you can block the placement of the requisite cookie – for example by setting your browser to generally disable the automatic setting of cookies, or configure your browser to block cookies from the “googleleadservices.com” domain.

Please note that you may not delete the opt-out cookies as long as you do not wish for measurement data to be recorded. If you delete all of your cookies, you must reset the relevant opt-out cookie once again.

Stipulated or necessary provision of data:

The provision of your personal data is done so voluntarily, solely on the basis of your consent. If you deny access to it, this may result in restrictions to the use of functions on this website.

Use of Google Remarketing

Type and purpose of data processing:

This website uses the remarketing tool provided by Google Inc. The Google Remarketing service is provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).

The purpose of this function is to show interest-based ads to website visitors within the Google advertising network. A cookie will be stored in the visitor’s browser, which enables the visitor to be recognised when he or she visits this website, which belongs to Google’s advertising network. These pages may contain advertisements that refer to content that the visitor has previously viewed on websites that use Google’s remarketing feature.

Legal basis:

The legal basis for the integration of Google Remarketing and the associated transfer of data to Google is your consent (Art.

Withdrawal of consent:

However, if you nevertheless wish to deactivate Google’s remarketing tool, you can generally do so by selecting the appropriate settings at https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/143465. Alternatively, you can deactivate the use of cookies for interest-based advertising via the Network Advertising Initiative. Simply following the instructions at http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp.

Stipulated or necessary provision of data:

The provision of your personal data is done so voluntarily, solely on the basis of your consent. If you deny access to it, this may result in restrictions to the use of functions on this website.

CallPage

Callpage.io is integrated into our website to facilitate the establishment of contact between users and Pfleiderer Deutschland GmbH.
