Aside from considerations such as specialist expertise and linguistic quality, at Allround Service we place great importance on data security and respectful interactions with people, animals, and the environment.
We take our responsibilities very seriously in this regard, which is why we have drafted relevant guidelines and standards for the following areas:

We also organise regular workshops and trainings to raise awareness among our team about these critical issues.
Confidentiality is a top priority. We require all in-house and freelance staff to maintain absolute confidentiality, exceeding professional standards. Furthermore, during the contract award process, we establish non-disclosure agreements. These agreements include detailed technological and organizational rules. We review them regularly to ensure robust data protection.
Additionally, we document all IT security precautions and privacy measures in writing. These measures are coordinated closely with our system administrator to ensure consistency and reliability. Updates are performed, monitored, and logged frequently. This helps us maintain a high standard of security.
Moreover, we handle restricted documents with care. We use equipment approved by the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI). This equipment is paired with specialized encryption software for enhanced protection.
