Assuming and fulfilling responsibility
Our standards
Apart from specialist expertise and linguistic quality, there is great importance attached to aspects such as data security and respectfully interacting with fellow people and the environment – within our society and here at Allround Service, too.
To ensure these are more than mere empty words, we have drafted comprehensive guidelines and organise regular workshop and trainings to sensitise our team to these issues. They include anti-corruption rules, compliance management and our Code of Conduct.
Both our in-house and freelance staff are bound to the principle of utmost confidentiality, over and beyond what the rules of our profession require. Within our commissioned data processing contracts we include detailed non-disclosure agreements, and we review these when awarding new contracts. Our guidelines are designed to protect your data alongside the wide-ranging technical and organisational measures we apply to this end. Our Data Protection Officer is there to ensure this is the case!
Our IT security precautions and privacy measures regarding internet use – all of which are coordinated with our system administrator – are documented in writing, and updates are regularly performed, monitored and logged.
The sustainable handling of resources and an equitable, social engagement with one another – these are principles typified by our team!
